What You'll Do:

• Lead cost control and budget management, driving efficiency and project success.
• Prepare forecasts, financial reports, and manage subtrade packages and tenders.
• Assess progress claims and variations with precision and strategic insight.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across disciplines to solve challenges, unlock opportunities, and support team growth.

About You:

With at least 5-years’ experience in New Zealand Commercial Construction, this role is suited to someone who thrives on being involved in projects from start to finish, and who really understands the value of clear, consistent communication.

You will also bring:

• Proven experience delivering high-value commercial projects in New Zealand.
• Relevant diploma or degree in a related field. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Permanent New Zealand work rights.
