About the Role: Marketing Coordinator, National

Join our creative hub where ideas spark, stories come to life and every campaign makes an impact. As a key player in our Marketing and Communications team, you will help shape meaningful connections through bold campaigns across New Zealand

This is more than a role – it’s a launchpad for your creativity, offering hands-on experience across diverse projects that grow the Cook Brothers Construction brand and inspire communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on media releases, company strategy initiatives, and outreach programs
  • Plan and deliver community engagement initiatives, partnerships and events
  • Lead award submissions, liaising with internal teams to gather project details
  • Design visual assets and branding materials for publications and community campaigns
  • Manage branding and merchandise processes including uniform and gifting
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and communicate initiatives
  • Assist with the pre-construction tender team when required for non-price deliverables
  • Maintain branding guidelines and visual identity standards
  • Work in conjunction with group team and regional offices to deliver content and promote project campaigns.

Skills and Experience:

We are searching for a creative, driven individual who is passionate about storytelling, building connections and making an impact. If you are a natural communicator, skilled at bringing ideas to life and thrive in a collaborative team environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

As an ideal candidate, you have:

  • A recent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in community engagement, public relations and/or brand management
  • Graphic design experience – preferably with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Creative writing and storytelling abilities for award submissions, and media outreach
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A creative outlook, with a proactive attitude that drives results
  • A natural ability to network and forge great relationships
  • The ability to travel across New Zealand to different Cook Brother Construction Offices
  • Graphic design experience – preferably with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • New Zealand permanent working rights
